Leg Training 4/26/06
With the short rest periods and the fact I havn't squatted in a month and a half I had to drop the weight for the last 4 sets. I simply ran out of steam! We will work harder. I said I was going to try something different, so watch out. Squats were done rock bottom with 12 inches between heels off a wooden block. Non-lockout, fast reps were of order.

Stiff Leg Deadlift 135x4x10
Leg Extension 100x3x12
Leg Curl 70x3x12
Seated Calf Raise 90x5x12
Donkey Calf Raise 3x12
