Deadlift Training 2/11/06

What a workout. I wish I could go to sleep now. I gotta get something to eat now and try to relax a little bit.

I have used gear before. I did a 611 bench in a karins'double denim when I was 300+ bwt in a AAPF meet. I tried a squat suit once, never again. I am done with equipment, it is too expensive and takes something away from lifting for me. As far as deadlift reps, I use a slight bounce on every rep and then pause the last rep. I only bounce on my 10-12 rep day every other day is a slight pause.
