Tricep and Shoulder training 2/13/06
Bad night tonight. Was supposed to do 2x5 with 325 then 3 singles but they all sucked. Then only got 1 rep with 135 on weighted dip when I was supposed to get 5. My last 2 exercises were my best. I did a 385 close bench after the floor press with chain cycle so I know what I need to do. I talked to the gym manager and he said I can keep my chain locked up at the gym so I don't have to haul it in and out every week.
