Legs
Took it easy on fronts today and had no lower back issues in spite of burying all my front squat reps and resting 1 min between sets. Leg extensions done with 20-30 sec rest. Hip sled done doing 15 reps non lockout, hold 5 seconds, 12 reps, and so on.

Hip Sled 270x15,12,10,8,6,4,2
Seated Calf 90x2x12/100x3x12
Romanian Deadlift 185x10/205x10/225x10/245x10(very easy)
Lying Leg Curl 80x2x12/90x2x12
Seated Leg Curl 95x4x12
Leg Press Calf Raise 270x12/360x4x12
