Bench Press 11/13/06

Dumbell Extensions 30x10/35x10/40x10/45x10/50x10,8+2
V-Bar Pushdowns 100x4x12
Workout Time: 26 minutes:-(

Another good day for the narrow grip benching. Could've got 15 but once again had no spotters and I was taking no chances. Everything else after the benching was done with labored breathing and I didn't catch my breath till about 15 minutes after I got home.
