Board Bench 12/05/05

I can't say today was a good day but it wasn't bad. On the board bench I hit the uprights on the 2nd rep of both my first and second set then just ran out of gas on the third. The strength was there just the technique was off today. Moved the modified close bench to today to giv ethe tris an even longer break by doing all my upper end type work on one day.

My weight has risen up to 236 right now. I'm 24 years old and have been powerlifting since May 2003.
