Good day today. The deadlifts were a joke, literally. They were so easy. I'm thinking I'll probably give 650 a go at the meet.

The worst part of it is my lower back is injured pretty bad!

Damn that's some nice weight your pulling. How long do you take off before a meet? I usually only take 5 days off. That's the normal rest time for my body. For the dl's or back I try to take off 7.

Thanks Lou. 5 days for bench press, 7-9 days for squat/deadlift.
