Chest Supported Rows 90x5/135x5/180x5/225x5/260x5
Easy day for squats today. I think I'll push the 5's for 4 weeks versus 3 for squats. We'll see how deadlifts and bench continue to go. Rows where of medium difficulty but all done very strict.
